Where To Begin

Your journey to a well-designed home

Your journey to a well-designed home starts with a design questionnaire. The questionnaire summarizes your needs and helps evaluate your style and next steps. Once that is complete, we will communicate a time and date for a phone consultation to review your answers and project needs.

Based on our conversation, we can schedule an online or in-person 2-hour consultation, touring your home and planning our next steps. You can select a DIY or full-service package until your project is complete. You will have access to our preferred vendors and tradesmen, and available concierge services for product deliveries and installation.

Four ways to work together

Home Staging

A professionally staged home can bring buyers and profit to the sale of your home.

Staging consultation — includes tour of home, organizing and staging guidelines per room, with detailed written staging report. $225
Professional Occupied Staging — using homeowner's furniture. Starting at $350
Vacant Staging — furniture and accessories for main rooms. Starting at $1,500

Remodeling & Redesign

Looking for the perfect color, updating a room, or challenged by a room layout? A redesign or remodel can give you the home you desire and using a professional can save you money.

Initial consultation — includes home tour, design concept board and style analysis. $225
Defining your style, color consultation, space planning and shopping. $75 an hour
Sourcing vendors, finishes, textiles, home decor and other remodeling assistance — 5–10 hour packages available.

Online Design

E-design is using technology to allow a designer to provide inspiration and design plan remotely.

Expert sourcing for all aspects of the design

Discovery session with services ranging from one floor plan to multiple spaces and revisions.
